We will gather at Good Medicine Collective in Portland. We will sit quietly together, set intentions, learn the basic history, benefits, and how to’s of pelvic steaming, receive a guided meditation with integrated sound therapy and silence, journal, share if desired, and close in song. This is a mostly quiet reflective and empowering hour, with short times to connect and share in the beginning and at the end. Cost: $75

*The only contraindications for the steam part of this circle are pregnancy and bleeding. If experiencing either of these, you are still welcome to join in meditation and connection without steam.

*Group limit to six unless you already have your own steam sauna seat or if you are familiar with steaming and prefer to set up in child’s pose (bolsters and blankets provided)
