Sound Meditation
Sound is one of the oldest medicines on earth. Long before clinical language, humans used rhythm, resonance, and vibration to shift states of consciousness, restore the body, and move stuck energy. Every culture has its version of this.
Gong, drum, voice, didgeridoo, and instruments from around the world create a layered sonic environment designed to bring your brainwaves from ordinary waking state into deep meditative rest. You don't have to do anything except lie down and receive.
In that stillness, the body has access to its own intelligence. Tension releases. The nervous system settles. Things that have been held begin to move.

What to Expect
Each session runs 60 to 90 minutes.
Arrival We open with a brief guided relaxation to help you settle and let go of the day.
The Meditation A full immersive soundscape built from multiple instruments. The layers shift intentionally, moving from activating to deep and still.
Integration Silence and space at the close before you are gently guided back.
Sharing Some sessions include a brief optional circle for reflection.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
