Example Workshop: Meet Elder and Lavender
Make elderberry syrup—a delicious immune tonic that's a staple in any herbal medicine cabinet—and lavender-infused honey, a floral sweetener perfect for tea or taking by the spoonful for relaxation. You'll take home a jar of each, plus the skills to make your own anytime.

Fire Cider
Learn to ethically and respectfully harvest plants while creating this tasty, powerful folk remedy for boosting immunity.
Fire cider is organic raw apple cider vinegar infused with fresh garlic, ginger root, turmeric, onion, thyme, and raw honey to taste. It's warming, invigorating, and incredibly effective—a must-have for cold and flu season!

Herb Bundles
Learn ethical harvesting practices while creating beautiful herb bundles from fresh plants and incense from dried herbs.
Fresh plants are grown locally. All materials provided (fresh and dried plants, scissors, twine), but you're welcome to bring any of your own favorite plants to contribute to your bundle.
