Every body is different. The wrong herbs, frequency, or duration can do more harm than good, which is why a personalized plan matters. As a certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist, I offer Peristeam Hydrotherapy Consultations and conduct a thorough intake before recommending anything, taking into account your health history, cycle patterns, constitution, and goals.

Your consultation includes a personalized herb recommendation. I handcraft custom pelvic steam blends from my apothecary, made for your constitution, from plants I know and trust. The cedar pine Pelvic Steam Sauna Box is handcrafted by my father, a professional woodworker, available for in-home practice and purchase.

Pelvic Steam Ceremony
A Ceremonial Circle for Women
Beyond the one-on-one consultation, I host Pelvic Steam Ceremonies, small women's gatherings where the practice becomes ritual, and ritual becomes medicine.
In the company of a small circle, you will receive a guided herbal steam while I hold space with meditation and live sound. We move through the history and wisdom of the practice together, honor the body through optional journaling and sharing, and close with song. Everything is provided: the cedar pine sauna box, herbal steam tea, blankets, bolsters, and a nourishing snack.
These ceremonies are offered regularly at select venues around the Phoenix area. They are also available for private groups. If you'd like to bring this experience to your community, reach out.
