My wellness practice is rooted in the belief that true healing comes from listening: to your body, to the plants, to the land, and to the ancient wisdom that connects us all. Now based in New River and Scottsdale, Arizona, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions from my desert sanctuary.
My holistic approach weaves together bodywork, Ayurvedic consultations, and pelvic health guidance. I believe in honoring your unique constitution and empowering you to trust your body's own intelligence.
My practice reflects the meaning of my given name: Vivian means life, and Lambert means light bearer.
I grew up on the coast of Maine, where the ocean became my first teacher in the art of rhythms, cycles, and tides. I return each summer to reconnect with those waters and serve my longtime clients there. Now I call the Sonoran Desert home, where I live with my partner and our dog, finding balance between the mountains of Arizona and the coast that shaped me.
