Ayurvedic Health Consultations
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of medicine that recognizes each person as a unique combination of elemental energies. In a consultation, I assess your constitution and current imbalances, then build a personalized protocol of dietary guidance, herbal support, and lifestyle practices that work with your specific nature.
For those who want to go further, the Deep Dive Consultation addresses the full environmental picture: water quality, plastics, cookware, synthetic materials, and how each intersects with your constitution.

Ayurvedic Cleanse
Twice a year, in spring and fall, I offer a guided 7-day cleanse aligned with the season's elemental energy. Each cleanse begins with a personalized consultation, includes a complete kit of traditional tools and handcrafted Vivirae Wellness preparations, and is supported with daily check-ins throughout the week. Where the spring cleanse clears and lightens, the fall cleanse roots and replenishes.

Pelvic Health Steam Consultations
Pelvic steaming is one of the oldest acts of self-care on earth, practiced across cultures for generations. As a certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist, I conduct a thorough intake before recommending anything: herb selection, steam parameters, and cycle guidance all tailored to your specific constitution and health history.
The practice supports cycle regulation, fertility, menopause, prolapse, tissue health, and the slow release of tension and trauma. Consultations are available in-person or remotely, and in-person clients can be guided through their first sessions hands-on.

Bodywork
I offer three distinct modalities: Holistic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Essence Attunement, each available as a standalone session or woven together based on what your body needs that day. Sessions use warm Ayurvedic herbal oil, vibrational tuning forks on marma points, and singing bowls. Craniosacral work is especially well-suited for headaches, TMJ, chronic pain, and nervous system dysregulation.
